How Your Lymphatic Drainage Massage Training Works

Step 1: Pre-Study & Demonstration Videos

Before attending your live training, you'll receive your course manuals and demonstration videos to work through at home.

Your pre-study introduces you to the key principles and techniques covered during the course and gives you the opportunity to familiarise yourself with the treatment before attending your live Zoom theory.

Step 2: Live Zoom Theory Training

You'll then attend a live Zoom theory session, where your trainer will take you through the theoretical elements of lymphatic drainage.

You'll develop your understanding of the lymphatic system, treatment principles, client consultation, contraindications, treatment planning and safe practice, with the opportunity to ask questions directly throughout the session.

Completing your theory separately means you arrive at your practical training with the foundational knowledge already in place.

Step 3: One In-Person Practical Training Day With Live Models

Once you've completed your theory, you'll attend one in-person practical training day, where the focus moves entirely to developing your hands-on skills.

You'll work with live models under the supervision of your trainer, practising both Traditional Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Brazilian lymphatic drainage techniques.

 

Your trainer will guide you through pressure, rhythm, hand positioning, treatment sequences and client positioning while providing corrections and feedback throughout the day.

By the end of your practical training, you'll have performed the techniques yourself and developed the practical confidence needed to continue building your skills professionally.
