You'll begin with pre-study manuals and demonstration videos, followed by live tutor-led Zoom theory session. You'll then attend two in-person practical training days, working hands on with live models under the guidance of our experienced trainers.

How Your Body Contouring Training Works
Step 1: Pre-Study Manuals & Demonstration Videos
Before your live training begins, you'll receive your course manuals and demonstration videos to complete at home.
Your pre-study introduces you to the treatments, equipment and techniques covered during the course, allowing you to familiarise yourself with the material before attending your live theory session.
Step 2: Live Zoom Theory Training
You'll then attend a live, tutor-led Zoom theory session, where your trainer will take you through the theoretical elements of your body contouring training in greater depth. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions directly and clarify your understanding before progressing to your practical training.
Step 3: Two In-Person Practical Training Days With Live Models
Following your Zoom theory, you'll attend two in-person practical training days dedicated to developing your skills.
You'll work with live models under trainer supervision, practising both manual body sculpting techniques and machine based body contouring treatments.
Across your practical training you'll learn how to perform Brazilian lymphatic drainage and wood therapy alongside Ultra Cavitation, Radio Frequency and Vacuum Therapy, with guidance and corrections from your trainer throughout.
The two practical days give you dedicated time to develop your technique, understand how to use the equipment correctly and build confidence performing complete treatments on real models.

Body contouring equipment is provided for you to train with during your practical days, however, a body contouring machine is not included within the course price.
