Body Contouring & Lymphatic Drainage Training FAQs

Yes. Hands-on practical experience is an important part of our training, and you will perform the techniques yourself under the supervision of your trainer, receiving guidance, feedback and corrections throughout. For one-to-one training, we provide live models for you to practise on during your practical training. For group training courses, students will be required to work on and practise the techniques on each other as part of the practical training. Where appropriate, additional live models may also be used during the course. This ensures every student has the opportunity to both observe and perform the techniques while developing their practical skills and confidence.

Your pre-study and demonstration videos are completed independently at home, and your theory is delivered through a live Zoom session with your tutor.Your practical training is then completed in person with live models. This blended format means your in-person training can focus primarily on developing practical skills rather than spending a large proportion of your practical day sitting through theory.

The Contour Company delivers practical training from our UK training locations. Your available location will depend on the course and training dates you're interested in.We currently offer training in Northampton, Essex, London and Devon.
