How do I book a training course?
Contact us with the course you're interested in and we'll provide information about upcoming availability and the booking process.Before booking, you'll be sent our full training terms and conditions to read. You'll need to review and sign these before your booking is completed.Once your booking has been confirmed, you'll receive information about the next steps and begin your pre-study.
How do I pay for my course?
Course fees are payable in full when booking.You'll receive the relevant payment information as part of the booking process after you've had the opportunity to read the course terms and conditions.
Are training course payments refundable?
No. All payments made towards our training courses are non-refundable.You'll be provided with our terms and conditions before booking so that you have the opportunity to read the full booking, cancellation and training terms before making your payment. You'll be required to sign the terms and conditions as part of the booking process.
