Who are your training courses accredited by?
Our body contouring and lymphatic drainage training courses are accredited by IPHM (International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine).On successful completion of your course, you'll receive an accredited certificate confirming the training you have completed. You can then approach an appropriate insurer regarding cover for the treatments you have trained in.
Do I need previous experience to attend your courses?
Most of our courses are beginner-friendly and do not require previous experience.Our training is designed to take you through the theoretical knowledge before progressing to hands-on practical training, making it suitable for students entering the body contouring, massage and wellness industry for the first time.Previous experience may also be beneficial if you're an existing massage therapist, beauty professional, aesthetics practitioner or body contouring therapist looking to expand your treatment portfolio.The main exception is our Post-Operative Massage Training for existing practitioners, which requires you to already be trained in lymphatic drainage.
Can complete beginners train with The Contour Company?
Yes. Many of our students come to us with no previous industry experience.Our beginner courses follow a structured learning pathway, beginning with learning materials and demonstration videos at home before progressing to live Zoom theory and supervised practical training with live models.This allows you to build your knowledge gradually rather than trying to learn the theory and practical techniques at the same time.
